Pontonia is mostly a dictatorship, but i'm a nice guy so everything should run smoothly. Besides me there is a vote in the country of what happens but its small and the final decision is left up to me.

This is about our Army, navy, Air-Force and our Special Forces!

First of all, our ARMY has a few weapons at its disposal, such as two high power blowguns, a rifle, a handgun and a rocket launcher. some other weapons are being added such as tanks.

Next, our NAVY has 2 ships, both made out of the most high quality plastic in the world, there is one battleship, the P.N.V Balboa and our Aircraft carrier the P.N.V Pelican. (P.N.V stands for Pontonian Naval Vessel.)

Our AIR FORCE consist of a few aircraft, planes and a bomber. No names yet because they are still a work in progress.

Our SPECIAL FORCES have lots of weapons at there disposal, however they are mainly Top Secret, and not open for normal citizen eyes, To join you need to be the best of your class, approved by the president/dictator, then you can join.

Due to how things in america are dealt with and how the government is in non-working order we now take action for our wish to govern our own land and people, our action will be a goal of to find a new government system along with land for the People who agree with the improved strategy of survival and leadership under my command.

This legal document gives the new nation of Pontonia the right of existence under His Excellency's laws and regulations. Our nation will be able to have a permanent population and can enter relationships with other states, we will have many former United States laws, however much will change when the action is needed to maintain a stable government.

Therefor we the citizens of America hereby depart from the states and declare independence from the US and will now refine our citizenship in the new micronation of Pontonia.
